the stay was ok ,wish there was more to do.

location , it clean , they all inclusive was good

overprice, room (familyroom is so small 2 kids cannot fit one bed, AC in room dont wok well, party of 20 familiy member they did not do put us closed together, no wheel chair ,elevator wasnt working , pool was too crowded , lunch is the same thing everyday, property is large not much to do ,

Wonderful

The variation of restaurants and buffets were amazing. Most of the staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant and worked very hard. I really do hope they are properly compensated because they are the glue that holds the facility together.

The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Also, on our first day, the room was not cleaned to standard. We had a housekeeper named Sandria who made sure that our room was cleaned every day after that, and I really do appreciate her being able to make our stay a little better.

Staff unfriendly but great stay if you have minimal interaction with them

Lovely grounds and beautiful views everywhere. Atmosphere and evening entertainment was really good also. Comfy bed.

Shower gel wasn't topped up and ran out before our 3night stay ended. Food was disappointing in the buffet some items under seasoned and overcooked such as the burgers or the extreme over salty mackerel. Staff at the bars were extremely rude and concierge seemed to begrudgingly help with luggage when there are no lifts. And also flippantly labelled our luggage resulting in misplacing some of our bags when we needed to leave.

Highly Disappointed

Food was good in the one buffet restaurant open. Pool, drinks, and beach was nice.

FIRST - Beds were HORRIBLE!! Like why was my bed lumpy?!?!?! If I pay over $2k, I should sleep like a baby! SECOND - Paid for excursion and upon meeting other people on excursion who also stayed at same hotel, found out we were charged $10 more per person and paid at the same excursion center downstairs under lobby. Was livid when I found that out. Third - Only one buffet was opened, Negril was closed and restaurants were always booked up. This was my 3rd time staying and by far the worst of the 3. Some of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, very unfriendly. Wasn't used to seeing that!! Not sure if I'll be coming again and it's unfortunate considering sometimes I travel solo and I always feel comfortable and safe here.... Highly disappointed this stay and sadden because I've bragged on this hotel since my first stay in 2015!!!!

Besides a few glitches, the overall experience was good. We would revisit the resort.

The meals were great, they had a wide variety of sumptuous dishes (local & international) to choose from at the Resort. I particularly liked the number of restaurant options available on property. The dining areas were very attractive and clean. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of the experience for us was: the meal, the pool/ beach facilities, the ambiance and the nightly entertainment package. The grounds were wonderfully decorated for the festive season.

A few glitches were experienced upon calling the Resort to confirm reservations made through booking.com. Evidently my name couldn't be found on the resort's database (despite providing my booking confirmation number). After several fustrating attempts of talking to/emailing different persons, trying to rectify same, it was later discovered the mishap resulted, as my middle name was being shown as my surname on their database (no fault of mine). Additionally, upon making the reservations, I had expressed that I would be celebrating a milestone birthday, hence, the trip, however, there was no special recognition made of same, in any form. Lastly, we were hoping to have been placed on the upper floor of the resort, instead were placed on the ground floor, as such, no real view, which was somewhat disappointing.

Very Good

The property is beautiful and very clean. Even though it was under construction it was well-maintained and managed well. The staff was excellent. Ayesha Patterson, Raj & Tashowla were excellent. They were great in assisting us with any issues they went beyond in ensuring that our memorable and comfortable. Breakfast at the Montego Bay restaurant was nice.

I didn't like the ongoing construction, also that most of the restaurants on property reservations were full. Difficult to get into to have Dinner.

Nice resort but you won’t get the $600 resort credit!!

It was pretty and had good drinks!

Didn’t receive the $600 resort credit!! They gave us coupons which saved you up to $1500 on various things around the resort like $200 off the spa, etc, which was not what we wanted!! Was VERY upset about that! Also, staying on the Lady Hamilton side came with very long waits for transport. The staff was nice though!

At water slide children play area, please put a sign for what age or height kids can play. Lifeguard said it's for under 12 years old. The front desk lady said it's for under 17 years old. If possible, please write down on the hotel website.

We love location, nature, and amazing views

During our vacation, we didn't see any smiling face of stuff. Food wasn't good at all, not big choice of fruit and long waiting time for orders in restaurant. We hoped to touch Jamaica atmosphere in Reggie music, but we didn't hear it . Anyway, amazing nature and great views leave good memories

Disappointed

This was an amazing, beautiful resort and staff was very friendly. The food was great, ambiance sexy. We loved the pools. Entertainment was good. The spa was really relaxing and chill. Customer service The drivers on golf carts was hospitable. Rum punch was a must as soon you walk into resort. This is a beautiful country.

Unhappy about our stay. They changed our suite to another one with a ocean view. They changed it because of the damaged jacuzzi tub. The mattress was very hard and it gave us back issues. The safe was nonworking too but was repaired. The second suite had problems with sewage smell coming from the jacuzzi. They didn't do anything about it. Disappointed with those issues we had to pay for those amenities. We will not return to this location.
